The Design Alaska Holiday Concert Sunday

Fairbanks’ favorite holiday tradition returns for two performances. This year’s centerpieces are two beloved stories brought to life by the full orchestra. Bill Holcombe’s setting of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas gives Clement Moore’s classic poem the orchestral treatment it deserves, and Albert Hague’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas — yes, with “You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch” — turns Whoville loose on the concert hall.
